HELP! HELP! Anyone out there know a better way?
Ok For all of those of you strolling through from the randomizer, I'm doing a question of the day to answer via leaving a comment. If enough people actually do it, it could be fun!
Question du Jour: If you could be anywhere else but where you are right now, where would you be?
Personally, Id be home back in bed. Sad, I know, but I am SO TIRED!! Also, there's a coworker who's perfume makes me sick, and it's giving me one hell of a headache!
HELP HELP!
I have to email 300+ people as a follow up to the neighborhood screenings we do. It's just to do a quick "how'd we do" type survey and ask for suggestions for improvements.
I have an access database wtih all of their info in it, and I have an excel spreadsheet with all of their names and contact info too.
Other than cutting and pasting every freaking email over into outlook, is there a way I can just import that info from the access or excel file into a distribution list for outlook?
I mean yeah, it will certainly help pass the day to enter each individually, but it really seems like there should be another way!
Ok Im posting this now hoping to get a quick reply. Ill do my real Thursday post later...

Somewhere my children aren't. That probably sounds horrible, but they drive me mental in the mornings.
I'd like to be somewhere sunny and warm, thanks. Oh, and definitely not at work, because I'd not want to waste the sunny-warmness sitting indoors! Although bed does sound like a good alternative right now. Darn this overcast rainy weather!!
I would be sitting on the beach in a lounge chair, with a cool adult beverage in my hand and the waves lapping gently at my toes. Any beach would be nice, but do I have a specific one in mind? Oh yeah. Secret Harbour, St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands. Anybody wanna go with me?
How about.. 2 or 3 years into the future, in my own house, with my husband and new babies sleeping nearby. Mmmm. (Don't worry, the cats are still there. They're sleeping on me, of course.)
