Are we only happy when we're not?

Ok For all of those of you strolling through from the randomizer, I'm doing a question of the day to answer via leaving a comment. If enough people actually do it, it could be fun!

Question du Jour: What are some of your favorite TV shows?

I was watching House last night shaking my head at how it's so inaccurate. I still cant wait for next week's show. Im so excited for Lost tonight- even though I'm still mad that they killed off Eko. Ill watch Survivor on Thursday and probably be mad at who gets voted off. And yet, each week I happily settle in to watch with anticipation.

I know alot of people who arent happy unless they're miserable, and also ones who thrive on drama.

I dont want to be one of them. I like to think I thrive on simplicity. Give me a quiet day with nothing going on but hanging out with my cats and a good book and I am in heaven. I wish I could build a bubble around us to keep all the yuck out. If anyone ever invents such a thing they'll be a millionaire!

Ok, Im going to go back to work and try and smile alot. I guess I can act happy when Im not too, right? And maybe that smile will work as a bubble for the day...

Heroes: by far the best new show on television. I can't gush about that show enough.

Nip/Tuck: I don't watch this one religiously every week, nor am I even caught up through the old seasons, but I do like it.

South Park: this season is far better than the last one. At least so far.

Venture Brothers: an Adult Swim original animated series... hi-f'n-larious.

Oh, where to start: Studio 60, Cold Case, What About Brian, Gilmore Girls, all the Law & Orders, Criminal Minds, CSI:NY, Grey's Anatomy, ER, CSI, Las Vegas.

Strangely, I actually do have a life.

Hee.

Jericho is about the only show that I consider a must-watch. I tried to get into Studio 60, but couldn't get into it mainly because it is quite fast paced for me.

I personally am a reality tv fan. I love Survivor, and America's Next Top Model.. and some other totally bad types of tv.. I'm just trying to visit as many of the NaBloPoMo blogs as I can and I thought I'd say hi, I liked your blog.. :)

I love just hanging with my cats, too. They're good mood enhancers :)

My shows: Dancing w/ the stars, CSI Las Vegas/Miami, Law & Order SVU. All the ABC soaps. Old Roseanne reruns. That's about it. Oh, my mom has had me watching Without a Trace lately, it's growing on me.
